Officer fired over free ice cream

Internal affairs documents show that Officer Michael Brown asked a Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop employee to serve him after the store closed for the day on April 20. The employee gave Brown two scoops, but the officer did not pay for the ice cream. He then shared it with his girlfriend outside the shop.
