Clue left behind after deadly Hillsborough Co. hit-and-run

SEFFNER, Fla. -- Police hope you can help them find the driver in a deadly hit-and-run wreck Friday night.

It happened along Black Dairy Road in Hillsborough County.  Deputies say the victim, a 46-year-old Seffner woman, was walking along the east edge of the road when she was hit by a vehicle north of Russell Drive.  The driver then took off.

Evidence from the vehicle indicates it’s red or orange.

The victim was found early Saturday morning.
