I was born and raised in Northern Kentucky.
My first job in TV was reporting and anchoring in Quincy, Illinois. In 2000, I moved to Tampa Bay as a reporter and anchor for Bay News 9. I made the switch to country radio in 2006 and was part of the Travis and Jenny Show on US 103.5.
A couple years ago, news was calling my name again, so I took the morning drive anchor position on Newsradio 970 WFLA. Everything comes full circle and I'm thrilled to be back in TV as part of the 10 News team.
I love singing. You may even catch me performing the National Anthem at events around Tampa Bay. When I'm not working or singing, I'm usually spending time with my husband and kids. My daughter is in middle school and my son is a freshman at UCF.
You really can't beat living in Tampa Bay. It's wonderful getting to spend every day in a place that most people come to for vacation. The weather is wonderful, the beaches are beautiful and the people are awesome.
