A cat is receiving care after he was found with an arrow sticking out of his back.

St. Francis Society Animal Rescue, a nonprofit group, says it is caring for the cat named Sir Robin, which was brought in recently.

The cat had been spotted with the arrow for several days before someone caught it and pulled the arrow out. Unfortunately, the cat did not receive medical care, and the wound became infected.

A trapper caught the cat and took it to St. Francis.

The cat also has a second wound, which the rescue suspects was caused by another arrow. He also suffered dental problems.

The cat is receiving treatment.
