We do a lot for our jobs; but often times we forget the health risks associated with the long shifts -- specifically sitting all day.

Most of Corporate America spends 8 to 10 hours sitting and it can take a toll on your health. Prolonged sitting has been linked to increased hunger, inflammation, high blood pressure, and high blood sugar. It can also leave your body feeling sore, weak, and in pain.
