OCALA-- A mother and her 9-year-old daughter are okay after two armed robbers held them at gunpoint while they robbed a Dollar General.
The Marion County Sheriff's Office said they responded to the Dollar General located in the 800 block of Marion Oaks Manor for reports of a robbery.
After conducting interviews and reviewing store surveillance video, it was discovered a black and white male in their 20's entered the business, held a woman and her 9-year-old daughter at gunpoint, and demanded money from the employees.
The black male suspect was wearing all black, and had a bandana obscuring his face, and the white male suspect was wearing dark grey and also had an obscured face. Both were described as average height with a slight build. The suspects may be driving a black passenger car with what was described as a "horizontal" tail light, and may have familiarity with the area of Marion Oaks.
Both suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.
