DADE CITY, Fla. - A jury could decide Tuesday if a convicted quadruple murderer will get life in prison or the death penalty.

Closing arguments in the sentencing phase of the Adam Matos trial are expected to start Tuesday morning.

Last week, a jury convicted Matos of killing his former girlfriend, her new boyfriend and her parents.

The same jury who convicted Matos will decide on the death penalty, but the decision must be unanimous.
