The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office released a new sketch photo of a suspect in a home invasion or robbery.

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office

Authorities said he was wearing khakis shorts, a polo shirt and a black backpack. He is described as a black male in his late 20s, early 30s, around 6 feet and is muscular built.

The home invasion or robbery happened at a home near Magnolia Boulevard and Hickory Loop in Wesley Chapel, Florida, around 1 p.m. Wednesday.

The suspect entered the home with a firearm and stole several other firearms and prescription pills from the home, according to the sheriff’s office.

The sheriff’s office said the suspect pistol-whipped a victim inside the home, but the injuries were not life-threatening.

Sheriff Chris Nocco held a press conference with the media explaining crime and had a message to the perpetrator.

"I'm not going to put our citizen's life in danger or our deputies. When we find you, the full extent and force of the Pasco Sheriff's Office will come down on you. I promise you that."
