The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office confirmed one person was killed and four others were wounded in a Wednesday morning stabbing in a neighborhood.
23-year-old Johnny Morris, of 1324 Windsor Way, died in the stabbing and four others were taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries: Ronnie Ponder, 23, and Steven Tolbert, 20, both of 1322 Windsor Way, and 17-year-old twins Marvin and Jarvin Morris, both of 1324 Windsor Way.
The stabbing happened on the 1300 block of Windsor Way around 1 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities responded to the home on the Windsor Way home around 3:12 a.m. Wednesday after receiving multiple calls.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said the stabbing was part of a neighborhood dispute. At least nine other people witnesses or were involved in some part, according to the sheriff’s office.
The investigation is ongoing.
