Parents of accused Seminole Heights killer under house arrest, GPS monitoring

TAMPA, Fla. -- The parents of accused Seminole Heights serial killer Howell Donaldson III are ordered to stay put at home.

Howell Donaldson Jr. and his wife, Rosita, were ordered under house arrest and to be placed under Hillsborough County's GPS monitoring system. The couple was switched to the system Wednesday, Feb. 21, after receiving monitors earlier in the week, and their mugshots have been released.
