A Silver Alert has been issued for 86-year-old Largo man who suffers from memory problems.
Frank Marion Adams left his residence and daughter's home located in the 11000 block of Easy Street. He was last seen at the East Bay Nursing Home, 447 East Bay Drive, where he was visiting his wife about 7 p.m. Saturday.
His daughter told deputies that Adams called her and told her he was lost somewhere in northern part of Florida about 10 a.m. Sunday. Deputies and family have been unable to contact Adams but say his phone provided a signal near Perry, Fla., in Taylor County.
Adams is white, approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and 175 pounds, with medium build, light complexion, hazel eyes, with white balding hair, wearing blue jeans and a light gray T-shirt with a pocket.
He was last seen driving a Silver 2011 Ford F150 bearing Florida tag ANKU86.
Adams suffers from a disease that affects his memory, other medical conditions and he is considered endangered.
Anyone with information is asked to call local law enforcement.
