Florida Attorney General, Pam Bondi, is joining a high-powered group of elected officials and Donald Trump supporters on the newly president-elect's transition team.
Trump announced the leaders who will serve on a list Friday.
Bondi was an active attendee at Trump's rallies, serving as a powerful female voice for his campaign. She also spoke at the GOP convention.
Trump also announced that his Vice President-elect, Mike Pence, will be leading the team. He will be replacing New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who will now serve as the team's vice chairman.
According to the Associated Press, the team also includes leaders like former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and retired neurosurgeon and his once republican rival, Ben Carson. The list also includes members of Trump's family.
Trump will be in inaugurated January 20, 2017.
