A Silver Alert has been issued for a 73-year-old Ocala man, Marion County deputies say.
Francisco Fernandez dropped his wife off about 6 a.m. at the Winn-Dixie at 184 Marion Oaks Road and has not been seen since.
He is 5-foot-7, 250 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair. He was wearing a blue striped T-shirt, blue jean shorts and black shoes.
He is driving a silver 2008 Honda CRV 4-door with Florida tag Z3UKE.
He is in the early stages of dementia.
