TOWN 'N' COUNTRY, Fla. -- Drivers earlier were asked to avoid an intersection just north of Tampa that was part of a shooting investigation.
Northbound Sheldon Road was completely closed while eastbound Waters Avenue was partially closed to traffic, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. Both since have reopened to traffic.
Authorities report a person in a vehicle pulled a gun and shot at another vehicle after people were leaving a nearby bar. The incident happened around 5 a.m. Friday, March 23.
A person showed up at an area hospital with apparent, non-life-threatening injuries, a news release states. 10News Emerald Morrow reports the victim is an adult male.
