HUDSON, Fla. -- If you've seen a suspected Ford Taurus, possibly with silver pin-striping on its side, give deputies a call: it's wanted in a deadly hit-and-run crash.
The crash happened around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in the northbound lanes of U.S. 19 just south of SR-52, according to a news release.
Jamie Dawn Patterson, 46, was crossing the road at the time and was hit by the car. Its driver drove away.
It's suspected the car is a late model, black in color, four-door sedan with heavy window tint.
Anyone who might have information about what happened is asked to call Florida Highway Patrol at 813-558-1800.
