TAMPA, Fla. – The South Carolina Gamecocks and Michigan Wolverines will play each other in the 32nd annual Outback Bowl.

The game will be played at noon on New Year’s Day at Raymond James Stadium.

Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com, or by phone at 1(800)745-3000. Single-ticket prices start at $80.

ESPN2 will broadcast the game.

South Carolina (8-4, 5-3 SEC) has a 2-1 record against Michigan (8-4, 5-4 Big Ten).

The two teams met most recently in the 2013 Outback Bowl, where South Carolina won 33-28. During the contest, former South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney gained notoriety for "the hit," where he forced a fumble for his violent tackle of Michigan running back Vincent Smith with 8:21 remaining in the fourth quarter.

The Gamecocks also won in 1980.

The Wolverines won in the teams' matchup in 1985.
