Allegiant Air launches service to Sarasota from 3 cities

The airline is adding nonstop service to Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport from Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Pittsburgh.

Allegiant Airlines says it's already improving following report

SARASOTA, Fla. - Allegiant Air is adding three new routes to Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport this week.

The airline is adding nonstop service to Sarasota-Bradenton from Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Pittsburgh. The one-way fares start at $83, according to a news release from Allegiant.

“We’re excited to offer travelers from Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Pittsburgh a convenient, affordable way to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast, while contributing to the local economy," said Allegiant spokesperson Lukas Johnson.

The new year-round routes to Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) include:

1. Indianapolis via Indianapolis International Airport (IND) – beginning Wednesday, with fares as low as $84.

2. Pittsburgh via Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) – beginning Wednesday, with fares as low as $92.

3. Cincinnati via Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) – beginning Friday, with fares as low as $83.
