I am original Florida stock with roots dating back to my great-great grandparents, who are all from the Tampa area. I was raised and went to school in New Port Richey.
I started at WTOG 44 here in Tampa as a photographer/producer when the station had a news operation back in 1994. My first on-air job was as weekend anchor in Macon, Georgia. From there I was hired at WOIO, the CBS affiliate in Cleveland as a reporter. In 1998, I joined WSVN in Miami where I was an early evening anchor before coming back home to Tampa here at 10 News in 2012.
As a USF alum, I'm a huge USF football fan, and I never miss home games at Ray Jay. I'm into hitting the gym and eating healthy. I love electronic music, working on my house, and day trips in my Jeep.
What do I like about the Bay area? Tampa is a booming, bustling city. I love all Tampa sports teams, the fantastic restaurants, and the awesome night life.
