Camelot Community Care helps foster kids succed

Helping foster kids live independent lives once they are in the world is the mission of Camelot Community Care.

Camelot Community Care is an organization that helps manage the children placed in foster care. When that child turns 18, he or she has the option to age out and began life independently.

From there Camelot has created the Independent Living program that helps those children not only further their education but also the program teaches well needed life skills.

Alejita Rodriguez, Director of the Independent Living Program along with Dan  Scott and Kosha Curry, two youth participating in the program, talk about their goals, and impact the program has made. For more information visit www.camelotcommunitycare.org.
