Datz is comfort food with a flair. It's a craft beer oasis, a bourbon lover's paradise, a culinary education center and a specialty food market all rolled into one.
The restaurant also offer an eclectic cocktail menu with artisan liquors found nowhere else in Tampa, in addition to seasonal menu changes that reflect a growing community appetite for entrees.
In 2013, it grew and changed again with the addition of a new bakery next door, Dough, and an upscale catering division, Dazzle.

The Naughty List
1.5 oz Camus cognac
.25 oz Branca Menta
1 oz 1/2 & 1/2 cream
.5 oz Vanilla syrup
3 oz Cold brew coffee
1. Combine each of the ingredients into a shaker and shake for 15 - 20 seconds
2. Add mixed ingredients to a Brandy snifter glass filled with ice
3. Top with your favorite whipped cream
4. Garnish with crushed candy canes and a few drops of Mint bitters
