St. Petersburg, Florida--I've read dozens of articles citing the benefits of eating fish. The omega fatty acids are considered brain food, especially important if you're pregnant or planning a pregnancy.
Mercury contamination is always a concern, so it's good to know which fish contain lower amounts of mercury. While pharmaceutical grade fish oil pills are a great option, sometimes you just want to eat the actual food!

EWG suggests NOT eating these fish while pregnant or planning a pregnancy because of mercury concerns.
