El Puerto Grill is owned by a Peruvian and an Argentinean, Yanko Maceda and Nelson Umana, who both create delicious dishes from their homeland.
Nelson Umana usually can be found behind the grill, with over 20 years of experience working in the international Latin cuisine industry. He has dishes from Argentina, Peru, El Salvador, Mexico and Cuba, to name a few.
