We will see scattered showers and isolated storms today, with the heaviest rain arriving Wednesday and Thursday.
There is currently a 30% chance that this system will form into a tropical depression or storm over the next 2 days.
The first name on this year's list is Andrea. It will be tough for the storm to strengthen much, so winds are not as much of a concern for us.
Typically in weaker storms, we see more rain on the east side of the system and as it tracks NNE we will be on the east side. Rainfall totals of 3"- 6" will be possible between now and late Friday. A few localized areas could see even higher rainfall amounts.
