BOSTON (AP) -- Elisabeth Hasselbeck is in the clear. A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit accusing her of plagiarism.

A self-published author named Susan Hassett had filed the suit, accusing Hasselbeck of lifting material from her book on celiac disease. Hasselbeck's book, "The G-Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide," made the best-seller lists this year. Hassett's suit was dismissed because her lawyer didn't pursue.

He says while he still thinks there was some plagiarism, he wasn't sure they were egregious enough for his client to win money for it.

Hasselbeck has called the accusations "baseless."
