10 Connects & Universal Orlando / Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit 2009 Win Stuff Points Auction Official Rules:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility: This Universal Orlando / Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit 2009 Win Stuff Points Auction is open to residents of Florida, who possess a valid Florida drivers license and are 18 years of age and older. Employees of Universal City Development Partners, Ltd., dba Universal Orlando, WTSP TV, Pacific & Southern Co. Inc., Gannett Co Inc., and each of their respected affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are not eligible.

Entry: The Universal Orlando / Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit 2009 Win Stuff Auction begins 8/10/09 and ends on 8/30/09. All Universal Orlando / Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit 2009 Win Stuff Auction bids must be submitted by 12 midnight Sunday 8/30/2009. Please note, some Auctions go into overtime based on bid activity, and will remain open as long as one or more new bids are received within a five minute period. Enter by visiting the “Win Stuff” section at 10Connects.com website and registering for the “Win Stuff” Rewards Service program. Registration is free of charge. The Rewards service program is a frequent visitor rewards program and awards points for visiting identified sections of 10Connects.com and related web sites, watching WTSP TV and answering related questions, answering trivia questions and other means of earning points as explained more fully in the Win Stuff section of 10Connects.com. Earning points towards entry in this Auction and all Auction's are subject to the Rewards Service Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. Registration and earning points are free of charge. Points accrued in the Service are non-transferable to other users or accounts and have no cash or monetary value. To enter WTSP Win Stuff Universal Orlando Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit 2009 Auction, you must submit a bid greater than or equal to the minimum bid specified on the Auction Information Page, at which time the Points will be deducted from your account. In the event that your bid is not the winning bid, your Points will be returned to your account. A bid will not be valid unless all of the required fields of the online registration form are completed and the information is valid. Once submitted, a bid cannot be deleted, canceled or modified, except by the “Win Stuff” Operator. In the event of a dispute as to bids submitted by multiple individuals using the same computer, a bid will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized registrant of the “Win Stuff” username and password from which the bid is made. The authorized registrant is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned a username and password, and all decisions regarding the identity of the authorized registrant shall be made by “Win Stuff” Operator in its sole discretion.

Request to be Emailed If Outbid: On the Auction information page there is a box where registered members can choose to be notified via email if they are outbid by another member. By selecting this option, the member acknowledges that they are opting in to receive the requested notifications. These notifications are not SPAM and are provided as a service to the member. These notifications will be delivered regardless of any previous request by the member to opt-out of receiving email. The Operator is not responsible for mail that is not delivered or received for any reason whatsoever.

3. WTSP Win Stuff Universal Orlando Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit 2009 Auction as specified on the Auction Information Page, at which time the Points will be deducted from your account. Limit one Universal Orlando / Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit 2009 Win Stuff Auction winner per account. Limit one Auction winner per home address.

Pacific & Southern Co. Inc, WTSP TV, (Main Operator and sponsor) Enticent, (Operator,) Universal Orlando (Sponsor) will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any telephone connection, network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent. For theses purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Auction.

4. Universal Orlando / Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit 2009 Win Stuff Points Auction Prizes and Odds:

Twenty (25) Secondary Prize winners will receive the following:

1. Two (2)1-Day/2-Park Universal Orlando tickets valid for admission to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure theme parks through December 31, 2009.

2. One (1) Universal Orlando general parking pass valid through December 31, 2009.

NOTE: Winner must be 18 years of age or older.

Estimated retail value of the package is $201.98

Blackout dates or other restrictions may apply. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. All unclaimed and/or unused prize packages, including theme park tickets, will remain the property of Universal Orlando. All tickets are valid during normal operating hours only. Operating hours and availability of attractions and shows are subject to change without notice. Some special events may be separately ticketed. Universal Orlando reserves the right to change the name of all tickets. All tickets specifically exclude admission to special or separately ticketed “hard ticket” entertainment events at either of the theme parks or within any of the Universal CityWalk venues.

Auction Prizes are limited to availability and as such are subject to availability. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Auctions executed, and the odds of winning may depend on the number of eligible participants who enter the Auction. 5. Winner Notification and Acceptance: Upon submitting the required number of points for the WTSP Win Stuff Universal Orlando Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit 2009 Auction as specified on the Auction Information Page, user will receive e-mail notification of prize. Return of the prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed. Reporting, declaring, and paying any sales, use or income tax liability that arises as a result of winning this contest shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner agrees to execute any and all tax documents as required by Universal Orlando and WTSP TV. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners are required to read, complete and execute a receipt, an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) and provide necessary information for income tax treatment and/or withholding, all of which must be returned within five (5) days of postmark date. Failure to sign and return affidavit or release or any other required documents within five (5) days, or to comply with any term or condition of the Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes entrant's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media of any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. 6. Participation: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspects of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorization human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries before the termination date.

7. Limitations of Liability: By entering the sweepstakes, entrant agrees the (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without to any form of class action, and entrant waives his or her right to a jury trail for such disputes, claims, and cause of action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes , but in no event attorneys' fees: and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

8. Construction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules, of the rights and obligations of any consent and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Florida, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction other than Florida. The invalidity or enforceability of any provision of the rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the valid or enforceable provision was not contained therein.

9. General Release. By entering the Sweepstakes, contestants release Pacific & Southern Co. Inc., WTSP TV, Gannett Co., Inc., Enticent, Universal City Development Partners, Ltd., dba Universal Orlando, any other promotional sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).

10. Sponsor. The WTSP TV Win Stuff Universal Studios Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit 2009 Auction is sponsored by Pacific & Southern Co. Inc., WTSP TV (Main Operator), Enticent, whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
