Please note:

Participants must be 18 years or older. State issued identification must be presented to claim prize pack. WTSP-10 CBS agrees to check all ID. Florida Lottery prize pack may not be given away in conjunction with any alcohol or tobacco products. The promotion should be conducted so that no prize packs remain at the end of the promotion. Prize packs may be given away only in the manner described above. Any misuse or unapproved use of the tickets may result in WTSP-10 CBS being held responsible to the Lottery for the value of such prize packs. If there are remaining prize packs, they will be returned to the Florida Lottery upon completion of the promotion. A Lottery winner's log will be maintained by WTSP-10 CBS, and then returned to the Florida Lottery within thirty (30) days of the end of promotion, along with any remaining prize packs. The winner's log and number of remaining prize packs will be balanced against the number of prize packs provided to ensure that there are no prize packs unaccounted for.

Contest Rules – November 2009

1.) No purchase necessary.

2.) Winners must provide their correct name, address, and phone number to the station at time of notification. Winners must show photo identification to claim prizes. The Lottery will be provided with a photocopy of each winner's proof of age.

3.) Winners must be 18 years of age or older.

4.) Employees of the Florida Lottery, WTSP-10 CBS, and Carnival Cruise Lines their immediate families, and participating sponsors are not eligible to participate.

5.) Any or all federal, state and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the winner(s).

6.) Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, likeness and/or photograph for promotional purposes of WTSP-10 CBS without any further compensation

7.) Entry into a contest releases WTSP-10 CBS, The Florida Lottery, participating sponsors, corporate officers, subsidiaries, employees and agencies from any and all liability for injuries or damages that may be sustained in connection with the prize.

8.) WTSP-10 CBS retains the right to determine all decisions regarding the contest, and all decisions made by WTSP-10 CBS are final. WTSP-10 CBS will not change the contest without consulting the Florida Lottery.

9.) Contest is void where prohibited by law.

10.) A list of winners will be made available for 30 days after the contest closing date to anyone who supplies a self addressed, stamped envelope for the aforementioned list to:

11.) Due to the nature of a scratch-off lottery ticket, WTSP-10 CBS makes no claims as to the value of the tickets nor guarantees that the contestant will win any prize.

12.) Winners must present themselves at the local Lottery district office during regular business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MF) within 30 days of winning in order to collect their prize. Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited and returned to the Florida Lottery along with a winner's log.

13.) Watch to Win format. Weeknights (MF) during the week of 11/2/09-11/6/09 viewers will be asked to tune in to WTSP-10 CBS at 6 PM. When they see the 'Lotto Word of the Day', they go to www.10connects.com, keyword search win stuff and enter the correct word or phrase to enter for the Monday-Friday daily prize of one (1) Florida Lottery Prize Pack. Winners will be selected by random drawing from all correct entries received each night. On Friday, 11/6/09 there will be an additional drawing for the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received by station between 11/2-11/6/09. Winners of the daily Prize Pack will also be eligible to win the Grand Prize. Announcement of Winner will be made on the day following each drawing during the length of the contest. Announcement of Friday's Prize Pack winner and Grand Prize winner will be made on or before Monday, 11/9/09.
