UPDATE - Sage Cooper and his parents were found in Quincy, located along the Panhandle in Gadsden County. David Cooper was taken into custody on outstanding warrants and Kaitlynn Lovell is facing possible charges.
Sage was taken into the custody of the Florida Department of Children and Families.

TAMPA -- Hillsborough County deputies are searching for a newborn who could be with his parents after a court-ordered pick up was issued.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has since issued a Florida Missing Child Alert for the one-month-old newborn.
One-month-old Sage Cooper was last seen in the 9000 block of Oak Pride Court with his mother, Kaitlynn Lovel.
Sage is described as a white male who is around one foot, 8 inches tall.
Lovel is described as a 25-year-old white female who is around 5'8" tall and weighs around 140 pounds. She has tattoos on both arms and hands.
The mother and baby could be traveling with Sage's father, David Cooper. They could be traveling in a 2004 Bronze Nissan Altima with Florida tag # JJEM73.
Cooper is described as a 32-year-old, 6' tall, white male who is around 170 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. He also has tattoos over both of his eyebrows and on both cheeks and on his neck.
The father has an active warrant out for his arrest for failure to appear for a domestic violence charge. He also has an out of state warrant for a narcotics charge.
