Quinton Flowers, 2 other USF players earn NFL Combine invites

The NFL announced Tuesday quarterback Quinton Flowers, wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling and defensive lineman Deadrin Senat are among the 336 participants invited to the combine.

INDIANAPOLIS - Three University of South Florida football players earned invites to the 2018 NFL Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

The NFL announced Tuesday quarterback Quinton Flowers, wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling and defensive lineman Deadrin Senat are among the 336 participants invited to the combine.

Flowers was supposed to play in last month's East-West Shrine Game at Tropicana Field, but did not due to a death in his family.

The NFL Combine runs from Feb. 27 through March 5.

The NFL Draft is set for April 26-28.
