TAMPA, Florida -- Casey Anthony's video diary has gone viral, getting hits from around the world. But it's still unclear how it ended up on the Internet in the first place.

Her attorney claims she was hacked, leaving some people asking how realistic that is and, if it could happen to anyone.
Jacob Lott, a security specialist at Computer Doctors in Tampa, says it's absolutely possible for a skilled hacker to steal what was supposed to be private, whether it's video, pictures, or personal information.
"It would take somebody that knows what they're doing to do any of this stuff," Lott explained.
But while Anthony is a bigger target than most of us, Lott says the same thing can happen to anyone who isn't prepared.
He says if your Internet router and network aren't properly protected, a hacker can easily track down your IP address and access files.
"It's very realistic for most people because every day we get calls from people that don't have any security on their routers whatsoever," Lott explained.
It's also possible the video was posted purely by accident.
Kelli Burns, a University of South Florida professor and social media expert, says simple operator error happens all the time. She points to Charlie Sheen tweeting out his cell phone number or Anthony Weiner posting inappropriate pictures for the world to see.
Burns says Anthony may be guilty of the same.
"It's not unlike where we would hit 'reply all' to an email message when we wanted to send an email to one person," Burns said.
Experts say the best advice to hide from hackers is to invest in high-quality anti-virus software, always secure internet routers and networks, as well as encrypt serves and files, especially for business.
