Up to 1000 Floridians could be hired for Super Bowl security

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) ? Unemployed Floridians have a chance to earn some cash and attend one of the biggest sporting events in America.

A West Palm Beach company is hiring up to 1,000 people to work security at the upcoming Super Bowl and Pro Bowl.

A & A Security was scheduled to hold a job fair Friday at its office. The company says it worked for months to secure the contract for security at the high-profile NFL events.

Qualified jobseekers will hold a security license or be willing to sign up for a 24-hour training course.
