Tampa, FL-- First-round draft choice Adrian Clayborn met the media on Friday, and said he expects to start soon for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

"I'm going to come in looking to start," said Clayborn.  "I'm not looking to just be on the team.  I'm looking to privide a spark, and I can't do that on the bench.  I'm looking to play."

Clayborn was the 5th defensive end chosen in the 1st round on Thursday.  He was one of 12 defensive ends taken, among the first 32 players.

Clayborn was diagnosed with Erb's Palsy at an early age.  It affected the nerves in his neck and shoulders, but it doesn't affect his play on the football field.
