Anthony, 25, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.
Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in July 2008. Her remains were found in December 2008.
In opening statements, the defense said Caylee drowned in the Anthony family pool in June 2008. The state contends that Anthony suffocated her daughter with duct tape and dumped her in a wooded area near her home.
