Tampa, Florida -- Police say a couple used their 10-year-old son to help break into a Tampa home.

Investigators say Sarah Conner and Reginald Butler had their child climb through an unlocked bedroom window at the victim's apartment on Monday morning.  The child then went and unlocked the home's door to let his parents in, along with neighbor Adrina Mayo.

Other neighbors saw the three inside the residence, removing a TV, a computer table and other property. Responding officers went to Mayo's home, where they saw several of the stolen items.

All three were arrested and charged with grand theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
