St. Petersburg, FL-- Despite his oral committment to Florida State, Lakewood HS Defensive End Dante Fowler Jr. is still going to make his 5 allowed visits.
Fowler was Tropicana Field Tuesday, for the Under Armour All-America Game jersey presentation. Star rookie defensive end of the Buccaneers, Da'Quan Bowers, made the presentation. He was the MVP of the first Under Armour game in 2008. The game is scheduled for Jan. 5, at Tropicana Field.
Nelson Agholor of Berkeley Prep, and Brian Poole of Bradenton Southeast, will also play in the game.
Fowler told 10 News he hasn't backed out of his committment to Florida State, but he wants to make his visiits.
"I'll be visiting USC, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, and LSU," Fowler told 10 News. "It's getting hectic, but I consider it a blessing. There aren't too many players in my position. I want cherish this moment, and have fun with it."
