ORLANDO, Florida (WKMG) - After more than two decades, the JAWS ride at Universal Studios sailed for the last time Monday. In its place will be a new Harry Potter-themed attraction, according to a website.

The website themeparkinsider.com has posted images of a thrill ride vehicle, which they claim is part of the classified blueprints for Universal's next Harry Potter attraction.

The main ride will reportedly take place inside Gringott's Bank-an icon familiar to fans of the movies and books.

Many tourists said they would return to the park just for the new ride and to visit the new shops and restaurants the website says will be built on the former JAWS site.

Because the new area will be inside Universal Studios, diehard fans will have to buy tickets to both that park and Islands of Adventure in order to experience everything "Harry Potter."
