Opened in 2003 by Xavier and Valerie De Marchi, Cafe de Paris Bakery is a French bakery and cafe all rolled up into one. Xavier is a Master Baker & Pastry Chef, certified from the Chamber of Trades in France. Chef uses the fresh and natural ingredients in all of his baking creations.
