BOLIVIA, N.C. (AP) - A North Carolina woman who stars on MTV's reality show "Teen Mom 2" has been charged with making harassing phone calls and communicating threats after photos of her kissing a girl appeared on the web.
Brunswick County sheriff's Sgt. Del Routh said 20-year-old Jenelle Evans of Oak Island was released on $1,000 bond shortly after her arrest Tuesday.

Her attorney Dustin Sullivan says the charges are retribution after she accused a local man of cyberstalking.
Earlier this month, a Twitter account with the name "JamesDuffy01" posted photos of Evans kissing her former female roomate Victoria Rhyne at a party, according to website Hollywood Life.
Evans vowed on social media to get even with the man, who she previously worked for as an assistant, she thought leaked the photos. But, the charges against Evans actually involve Hannah Inman, a woman, who is a former roommate of Evans, the website said.
"At the courthouse, taking legal action," Evans tweeted on Jan. 6, after the photos appeared. "(Others are) going to drop bombs so am I :)"
Inman has a close relationship with the man who Evans suspects posted the photos of her at a party.

In the past, Evans was charged with assault in March after a fight with a girl recorded on video.
A month later, she received 12 months of probation and community service on a drug paraphernalia charge. Evans was charged with a probation violation in August after testing positive for marijuana and opiates.
