(CBS News) - The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office completed its autopsy of Whitney Houston on Sunday, and Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said the results won't be released for 6 to 8 weeks as they await the completion of the toxicology report.

Houston's body arrived at the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office in the Boyle Heights area of LA 11 hours after she was declared dead at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, reports CBS2 in Los Angeles.

The pop superstar was pronounced dead 3:55 p.m. Saturday in her fourth-floor room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

Kirk Hawkins, reporting for CBS2 and KCAL9, said paramedics performed CPR for 20 minutes prior to that after they were called by a member of Houston's entourage.

Houston was found unresponsive in a bathtub in her fourth floor hotel room.

Speaking at a press conference on Sunday, Winter with the L.A. Coroner's Office said there's a security hold on the case so there will be no additional information as far as what was discovered in the room, or any details of that nature, until the ongoing investigation into her death is concluded.

Lt. Mark Rosen said Monday that the singer was found Saturday by a member of her personal staff at approximately 3:30 pm. Rosen says Houston was pulled from the tub by members of her staff, and hotel security was promptly notified.

Rosen says further details of Houston's death are not being released to preserve the integrity of the investigation.
