When police asked Wagner how the wreck happened, the report states he told them he just lost control.
When officers asked him about a wet spot on his pants, he told them he had urinated on himself earlier in the night, the report states.
Wagner lost control of his vehicle at the on-ramp to I-526 westbound as he was heading from Savannah Highway, police say. Officers were called out to the scene of the accident at around 2:30 a.m.
