Tropical Depression Beryl is near Valdosta Ga, and will bring steady heavy rain over northern portions of the state and southward into Citrus county. Levy and Citrus are under a flood watch into Tuesday morning. Look for rain in Tampa overnight as occasional rounds of rain swing through. It will stay cloudy and breezy overnight into Tuesday.  Showers are likely early on the way to work Tuesday.  By the afternoon more convective thunderstorm activity will remain in eastern Hillsborough & Pasco, and Polk counties.

It will be breezy Tuesday with winds SW 15-20 mph with higher gusts in and around thunderstorms.  Highs will top out in the near 90.

Beryl will gradually turn to the north then northeast through Tuesday night, keeping it just to our north through Wednesday.  That means  we will keep scattered showers and storms through Tuesday afternoon with rain chances running 50-60%
