Tulsa, OK (Sports Network) - Former Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin
Blackmon was arrested Sunday, according to the Payne County Jail.
Blackmon, who the Jacksonville Jaguars selected fifth overall in the 2012 NFL
Draft, was arrested on a complaint of aggravated driving under the influence
early Sunday in Stillwater, as reported by the Tulsa World.
It's Blackmon's second run-in with the law after he was arrested in October of
2010 on a DUI complaint while returning home from a Dallas Cowboys game.
The 22-year-old still has not signed a contract with the Jags, but
negotiations reportedly began two weeks ago.
