(CNN) - The judicial system in Florida's Duval County is all but at a standstill. That's because the county's new courthouse is still not open in Jacksonville.
The new 350-million dollar courthouse was slated to open June 11th, but it still has not passed fire inspection tests. Dozens of trials scheduled to begin next week have now been postponed.
Residents are frustrated.
