Largo, Florida -- Bodies have been found floating in water in both Pasco and Pinellas counties.

In Pasco, crews recovered the body of a man found in flooded waters at Elfers Parkway in New Port Richey. Sheriff's deputies needed a boat to reach the body.

Investigators have identified the body, but have not released the man's name, pending notification of next of kin. There was no obvious signs of foul play, and the medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

Meanwhile in Largo, a pedestrian found a man's body in a canal along 150th Avenue North.

Largo Police tell us he had ID on him, but his name has not been released at this time. Again, there were no obvious signs of foul play.

It's unclear whether the deaths are related to Tropical Storm Debby.
