TAMPA, Florida -- One teen is in the hospital, and another is under arrest, after Tampa police say an argument between the two ended in a shooting.

Police say Andrew Richards and Jonathan Torres, both 19 years old, got into an argument Saturday night. That's when Torres allegedly drew a gun and shot Richards five times.

Acquaintances of Richards reportedly drove him to S. MacDill and W. Interbay, where they contacted authorities. Richards was taken to a local hospital and is still being treated for his injuries.

The Tampa Police Department says witnesses identified Torres, and the Tampa Police ROC Squad contacted him and negotiated his surrender. He is charged with attempted felony murder.
