10 News will have more on this developing story.

Earlier report:

Tampa, Florida -- The jury is still out in the federal trial of Cortnee Brantley.

Prosecutors say Brantley was driving the car on the night her ex-boyfriend Dontae Morris allegedly shot and killed Tampa police officers David Curtis and Jeffrey Kocab in 2010.

Brantley is charged with failure to report a felony; basically, prosecutors say she concealed from police that Morris, a convicted felon, possessed a gun and ammunition.

On Wednesday afternoon, the jury sent a note back to the judge saying they were unable to agree on a verdict. The judge, however told jurors to continue with their deliberations and try to reach an agreement.

Earlier in the day, the jurors again watched dashcam video that showed the two officers before and after the shooting.
