HOLIDAY, Florida -- A missing Pasco County child was found dead in a pond directly in front of his home, hours after he was reported missing.
Pasco Sheriff's deputies believe 2-year-old Trent Sailers drowned.
Deputies received a call around 6 p.m. Wednesday that the child had wandered away from his home. His body was found just before 9 p.m.
While drowning is suspected, an autopsy is planned to determine an exact cause of death.
