Reno, NV (CBS) -- A group of homeless people in Reno got into a verbal altercation that led to the stabbing of one man.
46-year-old Nick Calhoun and a witness were sleeping under an overpass when a man and woman began arguing. Calhoun told them to "shut up" as they were trying to sleep.
Bad Idea. Police say 39-year-old Daniel Lowe, a friend of the two people arguing, charged toward the overpass and stabbed Calhoun in the left leg with an 18-inch homemade sword.
Lowe was arrested on battery with a deadly weapon and booked at Washoe County Jail.
His bail was set at $20,000
