Sun City Center, Florida -- When two campaigns come this close to each other, it's hard to believe, but it's usually a coincidence.
The folks in Chicago planning Vice President Biden's schedule look at their map and calendar, and decide this stop makes sense.
Meanwhile, folks in Boston planning for Congressman Ryan have their own strategy, and this stop makes sense for them.
And it's easy to see why Hillsborough County makes sense for both. Since 1960, the winner of this county has matched the national winner in every election except one.
With white, black, and Hispanic populations -- plus city, suburb, and rural communities -- it's a mini-America.
Vice President Joe Biden will be in the southeast part of the county at 11:30 a.m.

He's holding a public rally at the Sun City Center Community Hall, with the doors opening at 9:30.
Biden will push his team's focus on the middle class as the catalyst to keep rebuilding the economy.
And he'll argue that electing the Republicans in the race will bring back the same policies that brought our economy to its knees.
At 1 p.m., Congressman Paul Ryan will sit down in a roundtable in the northeastern part of the county at USF.
Rep. Ryan's event is not a public one. He'll talk with business owners and students from the USF Center for Entrepreneurship in a group discussion.
From that setting, Ryan will make the case that aiding businesses and using Gov. Mitt Romney's business experience are the best prescription for the economy.
Expect Ryan to argue that President Obama hasn't done enough to pull the country out of the recession he inherited four years ago.
We'll be covering both events with live updates on Twitter and here on wtsp.com, and also on TV starting with 10 News at Noon.
