Valrico, Florida - The doors of the Goodwill Super Store in Valrico are super busy as shoppers seek out super bargains.

"I get great bargains here," says Janet Johnson, showing off a bag of Christmas decorations.

But even though the prices at Goodwill are low, they're apparently not low enough for some lowlives.   In the early morning hours of October 1, three people broke through a chain-locked gate in the back of the store and into trailers on the loading dock where  merchandise is stored.

Surveillance cameras caught the trio, a man and two women, on their illegal shopping spree. They stole a pressure washer and some other items. Goodwill isn't exactly sure what all was taken, but it hurts more than just the store.

"When people are taking those things, they're robbing from the services that could be provided in this community," says Goodwill Marketing Manager Chris Ward.

And store patrons on Thursday expressed similar sentiments. Steal from Goodwill? Good grief!

"I think it's pretty low and dirty to steal from Goodwill," says Kevin Hall, who says the store serves people who can't afford mall stores.

"It just makes you sad, because they do a lot of good things," adds Johnson.

"You might not have that much money, but at least you know there are places like Goodwill that will help the lesser fortunate. This is sad... it kind of hurts," says Jimmy Olivar patting his chest over his heart.

The surveillance photos also include images of the burglars' vehicle. It's a white Ford Windstar with dark tinted windows and no visible hubcaps.

Shoppers say they hope these no-good Goodwill thieves will get caught, so they can say good riddance.
