Largo, Florida -- Largo Police detectives are asking for the public's help identifying the person responsible for a bank robbery on Friday, Dec. 14.
Authorities say the robbery happened at 9:11 a.m., at the BB&T Bank in the 14000 block of Walsingham Road in Largo. No weapons were shown during the robbery and the man fled on foot.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 25-30 years old, with a thin build and about 5' 9" tall. He was last seen wearing dark pants and a dark jacket with white writing on the back.
Detectives have released pictures of the man taken from surveillance video at the Publix located at 12022 Indian Rocks Road where he was seen loitering just before the robbery.
